Mona Naman of Manhasset, NY

Mona Naman of Manhasset, NY - Sister of Selma Naman, Convicted Felon

Mona Naman is the daughter of DR. ISSA NAMAN AND MERIL NAMAN of Manhasset, NY.  Mona is the sister of Nigel Naman and Selma Naman.  Selma Naman is a convicted felon (FBI # 633631FB2, FEDERAL INMATE NUMBER 23256-016).

Mona Naman graduated from Manhasset Senior High School located in Manhasset, NY in 1999.  Her brother, Nigel Naman, graduated from the same school in the year 2000 and Selma Naman graduated in 1988.  If you are wondering why there is such an age difference between Selma Naman and her other two siblings, it is because Selma Naman is their half-sister.  Selma Naman was adopted by Dr. Issa Naman after marrying their mother, Meral, in 1980.  Selma was already 11 years old when the nuptials occurred.

In June 2014 Mona Naman graduated from law school.  Mona Naman can make a living just in handling her own family’s legal battles and law suits including her own.  This family is constantly suing someone or being sued themselves because they DON’T PAY THEIR BILLS.

One thing Mona and Nigel are getting a start on in keeping with the family’s legacy is the lawsuits.  In the law suit mentioned below Mona is claiming that she has sustained permanent and disabling personal injuries requiring medical care and treatment and that she will sustain a loss greater than basic economic loss etc.  The defendants in this case would be wise to obtain their own doctor to evaluate Mona Naman’s supposed injuries.  Her father and brother are both doctors.  Her father’s medical practice in Elmhurst, NY is currently being run by a doctor hired by the family due to Issa Naman’s failing health.  If Mona Naman’s medical records are coming from this office, there would clearly be a conflict of interest.  Dr. Issa Naman has his own criminal charges which he faced for conspiracy and accepting cash kickbacks.  A warrant for the arrest of Dr. Issa Naman was issued in June, 1998 (for more on this read our blog exclusively about Issa Naman).  Honesty is not exactly this family’s forte.

Case #: 1:98-mj-01429-UA-1
Date Filed: 6/17/1998

There are numerous law suits brought on by Dr. Issa Naman and his wife, Meral including charges of malpractice when Dr. Issa Naman underwent heart surgery at St. Francis Hospital in Nassau County.  There are also lawsuits brought against the Namans for failure to pay their bills including one from New York Presbyterian Hospital for the Naman’s failure to pay medical bills totaling over $334,000.  Another way the Naman’s get out of paying their bills is to file for bankruptcy as Meral Naman did as a managing member of Min Shopping Center LLC which in 2011 filed for bankruptcy with a claim against them by HSBC bank for having a $25,000 overdraft in their checking account.  Not to mention a claim by the State of Florida Escambia County for unpaid sales tax (for more on this read our blog exclusively about Issa and Meral).

MONA NAMAN’S SISTER, SELMA NAMAN, IS A CONVICTED FELON

In the year 2000, Selma Naman was captured in California and carted off to face federal charges of bank fraud, identity theft, credit card fraud, burglary among other things.  Selma Naman was arrested in January, 2000.  Selma Naman was convicted and sentenced to sixteen (16) months incarceration in a federal prison followed by five (5) years supervised release.  She was ordered to pay restitution and participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer and take medication as appropriate.  S. Naman was ordered by the court to undergo a complete psychological examination as authorized under 18 U.S.C. 3552(b) and 4244(b).

Selma Naman was released from federal prison on June 29, 2001 (http://www.bop.gov/locate).

Selma Naman’s (5) years of supervised release ended on October 18, 2006.

Despite serving jail time, Selma Naman, was again arrested on October 18, 2006 in Burbank, California on a felony charge (Booking #: 9249568).  Bail was set at $20,000.  In February 2007 Selma Naman was found guilty and convicted (for more read our blog on Selma Naman’s criminal history). SELMA NAMAN WAS ALREADY PREGNANT WITH HER FIRST CHILD AND STILL COMMITTING CRIMES!

Selma Naman currently lives in Port Washington, NY.  Despite her run-ins with the law, Selma Naman seems to welcome the opportunity to stand before a judge as evidenced by her many civil lawsuits, a trait she seems to have inherited from her mother and step father (for more on the lawsuits read our serial sue-er blog for Selma Naman and Meral and Issa’s individual blog).

  3. Selma needs to take a double dose of her medications and calm down...

Breathe Selma, breathe. And get used to the fact that everyone in the universe now knows all about you and your disgraceful family. And that you have no one to blame but yourself for this. Its all your own doing. And now you stand naked in front of the whole world, with nowhere left to hide.

  4. And in time, your own children will find out the same meticulously DOCUMENTED information about your background, and that of the corrupt clan of evildoers which spawned you. No more dirty secrets, no more hiding in the shadows anymore. Its just not possible in a world with instant access to the internet. Whoever it was that observed "crime doesn't pay" was dead right. Especially nowadays.

I hope it was all worth it.

Oh yeah, and before I forget... take something for that psychotic, narcissistic rage you're clearly experiencing. Your lunatic online spewings betray your unstable mental condition. Its jaw-droppingly crazy stuff to read.

    Cheers and Bon Voyage.

It's that easy. D. Glen above was enlightened by what they discovered. Be enlightened as well and verify everything for yourself. Selma Naman spins a web of lies to confuse people but the criminal record does not lie.

  7. The death threats really serve to underscore how deranged she truly is, don't they?

With Naman, all you need to do is hand over the rope. She'll hang herself with it. Stand back and enjoy.
